Those birds in the park
Some chirping joyously
Some croaking lazily
Some moaning piteously
Perched on a tree
They share tales of their misery
Tales of promises and treachery
Those we hardly understand
Still so similar to our own
Those birds in the park
Some chirping joyously
Some croaking lazily
Some moaning piteously
Perched on a tree
They share tales of their misery
Tales of promises and treachery
Those we hardly understand
Still so similar to our own
oh my….those birds sound like my workplace…lol
Lol. You mean like School students?
Does make me realize how much human challenge is also reflected in the natural world… lovely poem!
That’s true. Appreciate your comment a lot.
😉
We sometimes envy birds > soar like an eagle, fly away into the sunset. We don’t know the dangers and anxieties they face. Although, we have not flown in their wings, we are quick to conclude > my, how green the grass from the sky 🙂
True:) Greener on the other side:)
